I'm a soccer Mom!

Noah tries out soccer!

Noah had his very first soccer practice. This will be the first sport he has tried, but I think he will enjoy it. Today was his first practice - rain and all. Here are a few shots from his practice.

Here he is getting his uniform for game days. He plays with other 3 and 4 year olds at Lakeview Wesleyan Church in their Upward Soccer program. His team name is Lil Lightning and after today's rainy practice that seems appropriate.

GOOD LUCK NOAH!

Another Year Older...

Happy Birthday to Mommy!
Madison helped Mommy bake a cake for her birthday during Spring Break.
It was very yummy and Madison did an excellent job cracking the eggs.
Here's to another year!

Everyone gets a tattoo during Spring Break!

Okay, so these aren't the permanent kind, but it was a fun photo opportunity. Here is Madison sporting her Nemo tat on her cheek, Noah shows the one on his belly, and Makayla rocks one on her hand. Just another day at the Crisp home. : )

The Crisp kids are on Spring Break this week. We decided to spend some time celebrating spring and the warmer weather at the park. Here are some of the highlights:

Warmer Weather = Outside Fun

The bikes came out of storage and made their way through the neighborhood for the first time this year.
Hope you are enjoying the warm weather where you are too.

Makayla turned 2 today. Hooray! The family partied like every other 2 year old - hangin' with our bud Chuck.

A Valentine Kiss For You!

Sending you all KISSES for Valentine's Day

The munchkins received some big "kisser" suckers for Valentine's Day and I thought you all might like to see them. I thought they were pretty funny.

Kissing Kids!
They thought it was funny to try to kiss with their BIG lips.

A wee more silly just for kicks!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

BREAKING NEWS!

Just before bed at the Crisp house...

Madison loses her front tooth.
She cried because it just fell out and then she laughed and hugged us out of pure joy.
Oh joy! Here comes the tooth fairy.

I tried to spike up Noah's hair.
As you can see - he is not a big fan.
Bummers! He looks so cute!

Super Bowl 3D

Yup, we are that cool!
Gathering around the TV to enjoy the half time 3D fun.

Papaw helps Madison keep her glasses on.

Madison has been wondering why we can't watch TV like that every day.
Thought you might get a kick out of the silliness too.

How to Golf Like a Pro

CELEBRATING DAD'S BIRTHDAY

Madison stopped running from hole to hole just long enough for me to get this picture.
Sorry about the quality, they are from my phone.

This is how my first time pro-golfer, Noah decided to golf.
Check out that fabulous form!

More of that form in action!

Notice Noah checking out Papaw's form.
The kids loved it and I think Dad had a pretty good birthday too.

We love you Dad!

What's a snow day like in Indiana?

What's a snow day like in Indiana?

It starts with Paul cleaning out the drive-way.

Then the Crisp Kids go out for some snow day fun...

(snow) Angels

We wanted to build a snowman but it wasn't packing snow
so we settled for running, playing, and snow throwing.

The reward for spending time in the snow?
HOT CHOCOLATE!

Hope you enjoyed your snow day too!

What would you do on a snow day?

MAKE CUPCAKES!

Madison's school was cancelled today because of the extreme cold weather we are having. Since I had a whole day to play with the kiddos I thought we should do something fun. The FUN we chose today was making cupcakes. Thought you might like to see a bit of the process.

This is the first time Noah has put icing on cupcakes.
Just after the picture he licked the spoon.

Madison is a pro at icing cupcakes.

Sprinkle strategies: Madison shakes and Noah picks up with his hands

Enjoying the hard work they put in.

Good to the last lick.
He will leave nothing behind.
Hope you all are staying warm on your snow day too.
